Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Scheduling and Booking current date exports shipments with respective Airlines.
• Communication of bookings to Field Personnel.
• Unbooking, in case parcel does not reach MMTC or not cleared by Customs.
• Airlinewise tracking and confirmation of upliftment of previous days shipment.
• Co-ordinating and updating charges of Airlines.
• Maintaining AWB stock and stationery.
• Raise queries related to airlines Cargo Sales Report (CSR).
• Scrutiny and verification of CSR received, for correct tariff and weight charges.
• Recommend payments to Accounts Department.
• Prepare internal CSR reports.
• Prepare MIAL reports.
• Additional operation activities will be assigned by Seniors.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

Graduate with 3-5 years experience in INTERNATIONAL AIR FREIGHT operations with substantial exposure to Airline bookings, Schedules, Handling Airlines Cargo Sales Reports and airlines network to major international cities.

Candidtes from the Valuable Cargo Industry will get preference.

Possession of valid DGR will be an added advantage.

• AGE LIMITS : 25 to 35 years.
• SALARY : CTC Rs. 5.00 Lacs p.a.
