Job Description
We are seeking a qualified sales manager to help keep our revenue engine running through their own skill and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. Our ideal sales manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We're seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others.
Responsibilities:
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads: Cold calling (making multiple outbound calls to potential clients), Email Campaigns, Prospecting, Social Media Campaigns
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Complete the full sales cycle from introduction and discovery, to the needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow up and management
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, planning different markets to attack, and understanding what is selling and trending in the market)
- Build a sales pipeline to achieve sales and company goals/targets
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
Minimum 3 years of Cold Required Experience in generating leads via LinkedIn Prospecting & Email Campaigns Comfortable in making cold calls and talking to new people all day Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently A passion for digging deep to identify customer needs and offering a company minded solution; Persistent and results-oriented Patient and able to handle customer rejection Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
