Roles and Responsibilities
Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong experience managing VMS/ MSP Accounts and portals.
- Prioritizing Open requirements with different clients and allotting the same to team members
- Experience prioritizing requirements based on technology/rates/location
- Responsible for running a profit center
- Responsible for achieving targets and numbers
- Helping team members on requirements
- Attending client calls as needed
- As needed, do searches with recruiters to show them exactly how and what needs to be done to find the right candidates.
- Follow-up with each recruiter throughout the day to ensure they are working on assigned positions
- Must ensure each team member is following the IRI recruiting process from requirement understanding through delivery
- Responsible for adhering to the Client VMO processes including submittals, interview process, immigration requirements, rates, background and drug screening, etc
- Conducting periodic performance reviews for team members
Desired Candidate Profile
8+ Years of experience in US recruiting industry.
Minimum 3-4 Years of experience managing a team.
Performance evaluation skills.
Provide training to team members
Delivery management
Good understanding on technology
Good understanding on Visa and Tax terms
