We have urgent job opening for Branch manager in IIFL gold loan for Hyderabad, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Kothagudem, Kazipet, Suryapet.

Job Title: Branch Manager
Job Description:
- Should manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business of its branch.
- Should be able to handle all the branch level activities for ensuring business growth.
- Systematic planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch & for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
- Coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
- Maintaining quality of the business by tracking & controlling the team
- Preparing reports related to branch functioning and its performance.
- Guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals.
Job Specification:
- Graduates/post-graduates with minimum 3-4 years of experience in dealing with gold loans/financial activities.
- Basic knowledge about computer is a must.
- Should be ready to travel extensively
- Should possess excellent Networking Skills and Communication skills
- Retired / Senior Bankers form PSU Banks can also apply.
Job Title: Gold Appraiser
Job Description:
- Knowledge about checking gold, auditing and conducting the valuation process manually is a must.
- Should be able to handle the internal auditors of the assigned territory for Gold Loan business.
- Should be able to check & generate reports for the different areas that come under his/her authority.
- Adherence to the policies, processes & discipline of the organization is a must.
- Should be good in planning, executing & controlling the areas under his authority
- Should be willing to travel within different areas & have a good geographical knowledge about the locations.
- Should be able to plan and explain the programming of audit as well as the entrustment of Audit work to different auditors.
Job Specification:
- Graduates / Post Graduates with an experience of 2-3 year, in handling audit single handily & also with a team of auditors
- Should have had worked as an Area Audit Manager or in an equivalent position in a reputed company
- Should have basic knowledge about computer & effective convincing abilities.
- Should possess good clerical, accounting & multi-tasking ability.
- Retired Banker with substantial experience can also apply.
