Job Description

  • Understanding client requirements and then customising the product/services as per their needs.
  • Maintaining relation ships with all potential and existing clients & ensuring proper servicing and after-sales support to clients.
  • Creating customer specific positioning plan for various product lines.
  • Connecting with new principles to add to existing portfolios.
  • To design the solutions around various product portfolios.
  • Researching and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Reaching out to new Customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/services.Responsible for Understanding the business and technology challenges of the customer and articulating a functional and technical story boarding.
  • Conduct pre-sales product/solutions presentations and demonstrations.
  • Managing pre-sales and drafting the overall techno-functional proposals.
  • Acquire thorough knowledge of the products and be customer facing with in 2 months from the date of recruitment.
  • Co-ordinate with technical services/delivery team for solutions articulation and feasibility.
  • Responding to online bids/RFI (S)/RFP (S) well with in deadlines.
  • Coordinating sales strategy,solution design&commercial inputs.
  • Responding for staying on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
  • Contribute in product centric selling strategies.
  • Ability to quickly learn the product /application and map it with customer requirements with in product boundaries.
  • work closely with the sales team to provide product,bussiness and technical inputs to support pre-sales activities.
  • Liaison with our strategic partners and customers to understand details of product direction and design and communicate information back to the sales organization.
  • Visiting corporate Customers.
  • Giving product demo.
  • Enhance Business Payment Collection.
  • Daily Reporting Updating online sheet.
  • Should have experience into B2B sales&Corporate sales.
