Job Description

D Roles and Responsibilities

To assist the manager purchase to co-ordinate with HODs for standard purchase specifications for various Items.
To assist manager purchase to monitor adherence to the house rules and regulations to the purchasing.
To assist manager purchase to secure competitive price quotations for all purchases
To assist manager purchase to work in co-ordination with account department in area of purchase contract, pricing & regular payments
To assist manager purchase maintain MIS on price list, regular purchases, supplier information, purchase order, par stock, etc.

To assist manager purchase to ensure adherence to all statutory requirements/policies related to purchase
