Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
A qualified candidate must have 1-4 years of proven OPT Hiring experience in the US IT staffing market.
- Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp & 1099 etc.
- Must have good understanding of US staffing business, sales and recruitment process.
- Must be a self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.
- Must have excellent spoken communication skills in English.
- Must have strong experience and understanding of US OPT Hiring
- Need to interact, develop student network and get the OPT/CPT/EAD candidates for Classroom Training/Marketing.
- Must be able to get Project Transfer resources from their own database or through referrals.
- Should have active database of OPT candidates and also have some understanding about the updated Technologies in the market.
- Desired experience in hiring OPT/CPT/H1B/GC/ USC candidates from Job portals, Universities, Social Networking sites.
- Must have hands on experience on various job boards .i.e. Dice, Career builder, Monster, Corp-Corp etc.
- Need to know end-to-end life-cycle of recruiting.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.
- Need to maintain good relationship with team members as well consultants.
- Good ability to identify and validate business opportunities.
- Great time management skills and experience in prioritizing tasks.
- Motivation, drive, initiation skills and a Can-Do attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
- Willingness and ability to work in a target driven work culture.
- Must have any Bachelors degree.
