Job Description

Critical knowledge and education required for the job

Bachelors degree in a computer-related field (such as Computer Science, Engineering), and at least 12 years of IT experience.
5+ years experience in project / program management.
Hands-on experience in managing Multi-disciplinary (migrations, transformation) programs.
Professional experience demonstrating strong program management skills to organize information, break down complex problems, and work effectively in situations involving uncertainty.
Strong understanding about available AWS services e.g. EC2, VPC, S3, ELB, RDS, Cloud Watch, Cloud Front, etc...
Understanding of data center concepts and best practices, high - availability systems, capacity planning, system performance evaluation, and diagnostic techniques and methodologies.
Experience with Cloud solutioning around Migration assessment and Migration Strategy for large migration programs.
Demonstrated experience of consulting (and /or) managing cloud migrations for large organizations.
Experience of handling large and complex IT programs involving multiple technologies and Hybrid Cloud deployments
Strong project management skills and experience that includes managing many unique and diverse projects simultaneously.
Understand economics of migration to cloud.
Knowledge on various cloud platforms eg AWS, Azure, Google and others.
Possesses strong business analysis skills and experience, including development of business vision/business case and cloud strategies.
Strong presentation skills aimed at aligning technical solutions with business value
Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail and the ability to articulate business needs in cross-functional and partner scenarios.
This leader is ideally connected with external IT and digital innovators and able to assess technology disruption.
This leader has a good balance between people focus and value over investment mindset, driving IT and digital delivery towards profitable growth.
Fluency in English, additional languages beneficial.
