ServiceNow Experience should be 4+ years
Team handling experience is mandatory
Experience in handling multiple projects
Client interactions/Client facing
Any of the Two module below mentioned:
ITOM ( Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and Orchestration)
ITBM ( Demand & Project Mgmt, Finance mgmt, Portfolio mgmt)
HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery)......these 2,3 & 4 are different module in Servicenow
Integrations ( like 3rd party tools/application integrate with SNOW)
Excellent Scripting knowledge in JavaScript ( Business Rules, Script Includes, client scripts & etc..)
