Roles and Responsibilities

Knowledge of Big Data Security.

Perform architecture design, data modeling, and implementation of Big Data platform and analytic applications for the clients.

The Cloud Solution Architect is responsible for the engineering of business and technical solutions.

You will be responsible for a wide range of activities including but not limited to:.

People Management: Allocation of activities to right people, plan for and the mentor the team in competency development, drive processes related to Reward and Recognitions and team building.

Experience should contain 3 years of experience of architecture support combined of these environments: warehouse, DataMart, business intelligence, and big data.

Experience in architecture and implementation of large and highly complex big data projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate will be expected to architect solutions in cloud deployments of big data platforms to integrate data from various sources and position them to perform analytics, reporting, visualizations and quick access for online applications.

Highly proficient in Big Data technologies administration, configuration management, monitoring, debugging, and performance tuning.

Very thorough understanding of engineering concerns while developing mission critical applications.

In addition, the Big Data Architect is expected to do hands on coding and develop/implement design patterns and other best practices.

Abilities to drive projects, while working with engineers.

Ability to scope or descope projects based on cost benefit analysis.
