Balajee Infratech and Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Project Coordinator for Mumbai- Malad HO

Requirements are likely to be at Head Office. However, the candidates should be ready to be travel to the sites as may be necessary from time to time.

Looking for someone who has worked in Project Planning/Project Coordination (Past exp. In project execution will also do) experience in any industry & Experience in Construction/ Infrastructure industry only.

Please find below the Roles and Responsibility

Project Planning: Coordination with project team, project planning of short term-long term budgets and progress, preparing/review activity reports and financial statements & forecasting project baselines, monitoring and controlling the projects with time over runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.

Evaluating the project and conducting project cost/ benefit analysis and project decision points.

Projects overseeing, Construction of Multiple sites- Runways for International Airport & NH/SH project

• Commercial Operations: Overseeing the project bidding process from floating of bids till finalizing the contracts. Conducting/ attending techno-commercial comparative studies to play the role of coordinating with clients. Administering operations related to tendering, tender analysis, contract negotiations and finalization.

• Contract administration: Identifying any contractual problems that may arise during the

Implementation of projects and making appropriate suggestions for mitigating these in future Contracts.

• Resource planning & control: Ensuring resources, mentoring and monitoring performances of the team members to ensure efficacy in process of operations meeting the productions target.
