HR RECRUITER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Design and update job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms )
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
- Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Monitorkey HR metrics, includingtime-to-fill,time-to-hireandsource of hire
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (HR)
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients. Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Research the market and identify new market opportunities.
- Generating new leads on a monthly basis for empanelment with clients to offer best in our services.
- Should be able to travel for client meetings in particular zones which the company has allocated.
- Should have Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with Clients.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with clients and to maintain clients databases.
- Should be good at negotiating and handling clients.
- Motivating team members to exceed expected goals
- Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
- Should Implement new strategies to acquire clients and to maintain a good rapport with the same.
- Should be able to manage time and do multiple priorities effectively.
