Job Title: Unit Sales Manager - Key Relationship Group

Location: Ahemdabad, Surat,Baroda,Rajkot

Minimum Experience: 2-6 years

Job Responsibilities:

Achieving the sales target assigned to the USM through Relationship / Channel Management, SO / Associate management

Job Profile:

• Coordinating with other departments such as Claims, U/W & Operations.
• Manage Relationship with the Insurance Managers and segment teams of the business partner for sales
• Objection handling of the sales team of the business partner
• Calls with the sales team of business associate at their channel
• MIS to business partner teams
• Sales & Booking of all retail business
• Manage Sales Officers / Associates and support them for business process & booking
• Recruitment, Training & Motivation of SO / Associate

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills Required - Relationship Management Sales Experience with product knowledge Stakeholder Management GI industry knowledge

Competencies Required:- Problem Solving Good communication skills Collaborating & Result Oriented

Required Qualification / Experience Full Time Graduate / Post Graduate 2+ years experience

Education Requirements: Graduation/ MBA (Marketing)- Full time

Age Criteria: 23 yrs to 32 yrs
