Job Description :


Roles and Responsibilities:


  1. Maintain and develop relationships with existing distributors in person and via telephone calls.
  2. Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries for new Distributor & Retailer.
  3. Act as a contact between a Distributor and its existing and potential markets
  4. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales with potential Distributor & Retailer.
  5. Responsible in distributor monthly target achievement and support the distributor for same.
  6. Challenge any objections with a view to getting the Distributor to buy.
  7. Weekly check the quantities of goods in distributor godown.
  8. Lease with Super Stockiest to check the progress of existing orders of distributor.
  9. Gather market and customer information.
  10. Demonstrating and presenting product at new retailer counter.
  11. Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
  12. Record sales and order information, sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system.
  13. Responsible for team (ASM / SO) monthly target achievement, and need to give support for the same.

Qualifications and Education Requirements :


1. Bachelor's Degree is a must

2. Post-Graduation / MBA will be an added advantage

3. Candidates with experience from Cosmetic or FMCG industry will be preferred.


Preferred Skills :


1. Should have good command on English Communication

2. Should have good Negotiation skills

3. Should have good personality
