Job Description
Position details:
Position : IT recruitment Executive / Team Lead
Experience : 0-5 year
Education : Any Graduate (BE/B.Tech / MBA Preferred)
Location : Delhi / Noida
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Should be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment
- Should be responsible for maintaining relationship with vendors and Implementations partners
- Should be responsible for sourcing candidates using portals like naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Etc, screening, negotiating etc
- Should be responsible for submitting quality candidates
- Should be responsible for following up on the candidates interview
- Should be responsible for maintaining relationship with the consultants
- Should be responsible to work on different types of contract / full time employment.
- Should be responsible for negotiating terms with candidates within agreed guidelines.
- Provide Training to new hires on full lifecycle recruiting process
- Regular interaction with existing clients for new requirements
- Take care of all administrative matters such as reports and database purpose etc
- Maintain strong relationship with working consultants to ensure a high level of retention
