Job Description:

Must have hands on in Bulk hiring for BPO's
Should be aware of multiple sources of Hiring (majorly cost effective)
Must be Target Oriented and can give delivery on numbers
Can focus on increasing the line ups and walk in Ratio
Must be able to cater to all kind of hiring (depending on salary range)
Can do volume hiring by using various methods like drive or Campus recruitment
Incentives above the target
Should focus on achieving given KPI/KRA
Can work in Time Specified Deliveries
Good Communication skills
Will be responsible to run employee referral, proper coordination with process owners.
