Job Description:

Driving Tied Agency Distribution Channel

1) Build a productive and motivated agent network and Full Time Employees AAM+ Agency Manager as per Plan

2) Quality check on agent & inducting them in the company.

3) Leveraging the business through Training initiatives and its delivery

• Scripting the business growth
• Achieve desired activity/productivity targets through the respective Sales Managers. Execution of the Annual Business on Revenue & Distribution targets
• Supporting and monitoring low performing Sales manager
• Monitoring and driving the agency business model to achieve desired business plans and career aspirations
• Responsible for managing, monitoring, evaluation and rewarding of AM/agents on time to time basis.
• Ensure Agency Manager achieve their goals as prescribed from time to time
• Responsible for the operation of the branches inclusive of the following activities: administration, staff management, marketing & sales, financial results.
• Ensures all Sales Managers are trained on company products and company guidelines. Is also responsible for ensuring that all training requirements for the Agents are met with. Will help in coordinating branch requirements with other division.

• Eligibility 6yrs 8yrs Agency Channel experience must of which minimum 2yrs should be in managing a team.
