Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead th esales & marketing function of the Duradoor Division
- Develop and implement right strategies to penetrate the product into the market on a Pan India basis.
- Devise and implement appropriate sales & marketing key performance indicators for the Duradoor division
- Work with production and finance to devise pricing strategies and their implementation thereof.
- Monitor complete sales operations including projection of annual sales tracking of sales performance.
- Manage and motivate team of direct reportees and ensure good performance review mechanism.
- Lead the team by example by enforcing participative management style and not by being directive.
- Devise and implement proper mechanism for management of business associates (channelpartners)
- Ensure product training to all stakeholders i.e. sales teams and business associates
- Overcome various business challenges inafast-changing business environment and making decisions using experience-back edjudgment, strong workethic and irreproachable integrity.
- Conduct analysis & competency mapping for keeping abreast of the trends and competitors moves.

- Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 20 years experience in building material industry like Boards, Paints, Tiles and Bath Fittings & Sanitary Ware etc.
- Should have handled sales / marketing on a Pan India basis.
- Candidate should be proficient in Telugu, English and Hindi.
- Candidate should have done his Graduation. MBA Marketing is preferred.
- Strong in Communication, Leadership, Presentation, Analytical Skills and Problem Solving. Should be very good at Team Orientation.
