Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling inbound & Outbound Calls.
- Call prospective clients & explain product & services.
- Arrange meetings & have followed up with the potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Generate leads.
- Responding to incoming email & phone enquiries.
- Listen attentively to customers need.
- Must have sound knowledge of Online marketing concepts such as Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing.
- Achieving monthly given targets
