Job Description
Looking or Azure DevOps from the application side, if you are from the Infra side then this position is not a perfect match.
Technical Stack:
Linux: Expertise level (must)
Azure: Expertise level
Cosmos DB: Basic Knowledge
Jenkins: Expertise level
CICD: Expertise level
Ansible/Chef/Helm: good to have
Job Description
Should be well versed in Azure cloud
Experience in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Application Insights,DataDog
Well versed in logs analysis of various application, App server ,Loadbalancer logs
Well versed in using Azure portal
- Diagnosis & troubleshooting skills in case of production problems
Exposure to JIRA service desk, incident management, problem management
Job Responsibilities

DevOps Engineer
Expertise and hands-on experience in DevOps, Automation, Microservices, Containerization, PAAS, IaaS, Build and Release Engineering, Configuration Management, Cloud Infrastructure Automation includes Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Should have 6-8 years experience
Implement CI/CD governance, best practices, principles, processes. Cultivate and operationalize a DevOps discipline within the organization
Responsible and accountable for establishing and maintaining the DevOps processes for the software development team
Providing support to the DevOps teams including the supervision of resolution of legacy environmental issues in the sandbox environment
Experienced in Build from the ground up a DevOps tools-chain (Jira, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, AWS etc.)
Scripting Experience in Shell script, worked on creating shell scripts for automation of deployment of Oracle PLSQL/SQL objects.
Experienced in Linux worked with Text manipulations command awk, sed, grep, sort. Process monitoring with ps, top etc, text editors vi, vim, nano
Experience in Scripting in YAML, Groovy
Plan Jira Version Control (Code)
Management of repository like SVN, GIT, GITHUB, Bitbucket.
Managing and making projects version control strategies
Branching, merging, forking repositories
Repository migrations

- Build automation with MAVEN primarily for Java projects
- Managing and package dependencies
RELEASE
- Jenkins/Hudson Orchestrators for Release Automation
- Jenkins-as-Code Configuring jobs using Groovy, managing jobs in source control
- Full Configuration CI/CD using Jenkins in multiple projects for Release Management of applications
- Ensuring that the CI/CD of all software development is carried out smoothly while recommending best practices
- Configuring and supporting medium to large application deployments
DEPLOY
- Development/deployment and monitoring of Contanarized infrastructure.
- Container Orchestration with Kubernetes and Serice Mesh Istio
- Developing Docker images to support Development and Testing Teams and their pipelines
- Scalable Environment provisioning solutions using Docker
- Docker Services/Docker Stacks/Docker-Compose/Docker Swarm
