Job Description

Requirements

12+ years of experience in asset master data cataloging fleet/ logistics/ supply chain industry
Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation engineer
Should Have Experience in VMFS
Should have a sound knowledge and experience in VMRS standards
Should be able to differentiate Equipment class/unit, Subunit, Component/ Maintainable item, Part/Spare per ISO 14224 guidelines
Should be able to define class & characteristics for major equipment
Should be able to clearly define and differentiate the equipment boundaries by considering - reliability & maintenance data of the equipment's, its control & driver units
Should be able to identify Bill of Material components and critical spares. Should also be able to identify appropriate VMRS codes for the sub-units and spares
Should be able to identify major failure & damage modes of the equipment's
Should be proficient in using laptop/desktop and Microsoft packages like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio etc.
Preferred to have experience driving RCM/ FMEA projects
Preferred to have SAP PM/EAM experience

Excellent business communication skills
