Detailed with key expectations from the role:
Regional Manager : End to End ownership of medicine orders. Tracking the order movement on each stage, Ensure timely delivery of medicines and reports, Coordinate with vendors to close orders.
Customer Satisfaction: To Ensure a seamless experience for customers coming on platform, Train regional SPOCs and stores to follow the process.
Customer Communication : To communicate with customers on Call/Chat whenever required to inform possible changes in order, Resolving issues etc.
Relationship Management : Maintain strong relation with the Vendors and Stores to get the things done on time, Train them for new and existing processes.
Product : Candidate should be a quick learner, Understand the complete product and tools, Should be able to coordinate with multiple teams like Product, Engineering to deep dive into tech issues and resolve them.
Analytics : Candidate is expected to be good in numbers, Analyze trends and issues with data and make plans to improve/resolve them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with the pharmacy for on-time Invoice PO wise and AWB booking.
- Handling dispatch process
- On-time dispatch
- Share the Manifest copy with the backend OME team.
- Real-time updates to Backend OME.
- Monitoring warehouse operations and update to back end OME
- Handling returns.
Note: Candidate should be able to work for 6 days in a week(8 hrs/day) and male candidate is preferable. Candidate should work from pharmacy in their respective cities.
