Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


Demonstrate sound knowledge of supported brand products and spare parts. Guide and educate customers on product use. Provide first level troubleshooting, and book service if required Effectively identify customer cues, including language usage, tone of voice, volume and silence, and respond appropriately. Adapt order of call phases in response to the flow of information/conversation Extract and capture all relevant information to maintain control of the call, effectively demonstrating an understanding of Call Quality requirements Consult with other departments as required (usually regarding service bookings, deliveries, changeovers, and spare parts) Transfer and escalate to other departments as and when required Effectively manage goodwill, pro-rata and changeovers according to guidelines Have a full understanding of and ability to advise customers on service fees, spare part fees, warranty guidelines, and promotional activity Identify future sales and service opportunities and support by presenting information or options to the customer.

  • Write and speak clearly, using correct grammar and structure.
  • Adapt communication style to build rapport with customers.
  • Maintain a pleasant tone in all communications, written and verbal.
  • Develop a balance between clear, concise communication and customer care.
  • Effectively handle objections and complaints presented by customers by maintaining a calm, controlled, and objective communication style.

Shared responsibilities:

Resolve all customer queries promptly and effectively, ensuring we deliver a low effort, premium experience to all customers, whether internal, external, consumer, retail, or business Use effective questioning to understand the needs of the customer Seek to minimize customer effort through the first-call resolution wherever possible.


Field and attempt to resolve complaints Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer data to enable positive customer experiences in the future. Establish realistic expectations when explaining the next steps/course of action, agree on expectations with the customer around follow-up actions, and ensure timely responses and updates. Anticipate customer information needs, and provide timely accurate information to meet these Effectively manage calls, emails, and other tasks according to procedures and guidelines.


Desired Profile: Freshers And Experienced With Excellent Communication Skills with good Knowledge of Grammar, Vocabulary, Sentence Construction.
