Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Well experienced in Quality Control procedures and implementation in Lab Testing.
- Should have well knowledge about Building Products Lab and other Building Construction items.
- Coordinate all activities required to direct and control manufacturing quality.
- Candidate will be involved in collection of samples from Production process and conducting tests on regular basis on various testing equipments and compiling of data and calculating variations if any.
- Through our ISO 9001 registration, he should identify quality shortfalls and apply corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Need to coordinate with manufacturing, marketing, sales, technical service to issue test certificates & maintain satisfaction reports for our products.
- Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.
- Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
- Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
- Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
- Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
- Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
- Responsible for minor equipment troubleshooting, calibration and repair.
- Prepare technical documents that report the results of their lab work.
Desired Candidate Profile
QC of cement adhesives, wall putty, plasters, grouts both epoxy and cementitious, latex admixtures, sealers, cleaners and other.
- A Bachelor's degree in science/ Chemistry.
- Relevant experience of 2-3 years in production or manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Strong MIS reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Good technical and IT skills.
