CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the HR Manager in screening the application in order to select quality of personnel.
PROCESS RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pre-employment formalities.
- Assist the HR Executive in organizing Training & development activities, Performance Management, compensation management, HR rules and regulations which includes Leave etc.
- Attend to Team members grievance & counselling and advice them accordingly.
- Assist the HR Executive in handling the statutory compliance.
- Assist the To develop a Retention strategy.
- Assist the HR Executive in updating the HRIS system.
- In consultation with department heads and the General Manager prepares a succession plan for key positions.
- Update & file all HR related documentation and letters, files.
- Will perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
PEOPLE RESPONSIBILITIE
- Facilitate the HR tool such as Round Table , REDS and any other activity from time to time.

Note:-
- Should be Gurgaon or Palam Vihar based only
- 06 Months to 1 Year Experience in Healthcare/Diagnostic Lab/Consultancy, Bold, Self Motivated.
- Must Carry one passport size photograph and updated CV
