Roles and Responsibilities:

• Calling to prospect customer of Bharat matrimony and convinced them to comes to a paid membership.
• Brief about the product and features of Bharat Matrimony.
• Renew the validity expire customer.
• Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the matrimony packages.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Good communication skills in English, Bengali or Hindi.
• Minimum 12th passed qualification require.
• Any outbound sales or telesales experience.
• 09:30 am to 07:30 pm shift.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer handling skill.
