Roles and Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers / Pharma Distributors (Authorised Stockist)
Identify potential suppliers based on product requirements
Negotiate terms and deadlines with suppliers / Wholesale Distributors
Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies
Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships
Negotiating with Pharma Distributors / vendors to secure advantageous terms
Approve the ordering of Products
Finalize purchase details of products.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
Requirements:
1. Qualified Pharmacist
2. Experience having worked in retail pharmacy/hospital pharmacy/e-pharmacy
3. Experience in handling pharmaceutical wholesale distributors is a must.
4. Knowledge about medicines/pharma products
