Job Description
Medecho was founded in 2004 in response to a national shortage of locum doctors in the UK. After successfully building a bank of high caliber doctors through extensive experience of the market place and knowledge of each specialty, Medecho gained a reputation for finding doctors in niche areas that are notoriously hard to fill.- Identifying and calling candidates/clients from our internal database.
- Building relationships with existing and prospective clients/candidates.
- Matching candidates to vacancies as per their availability.
- Achieving and exceeding individual targets.
- Interviewing candidates and other duties as required.
- Candidate must have 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, however a dedicated fresher can be hired as well.
- Fluent in English, verbal & written.
- Ability to effectively communicate internally and externally.
- Experience in negotiation.
- Flexible with shift timings (12:30 pm to 10:00 pm)
- Five days working (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off). All UK holidays applicable.
- Cab facility (only for females)
