Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

The candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of quality production and maintenance in
tape plants, looms, and woven sack plastic industry.

• Shift raw materials arrangement as per production plan.
• Wastage/give away control
• Reports preparation of daily shift production / monthly
• Plant break down reports
• Co-ordination with maintenance dept. for required maintenance of the plant.
• Ensuring that health & safety guidelines are followed.
• Identifying training needs.
• Stocks transfer to stores
• Floor discipline
• Achieve the production target set by management with maximum productivity
• Ensure proper use of resources i.e. man, material and machines in the production floors
• Ensure production of quality goods as per order specifications of buyers
• Organize and conduct regular inspections in all areas of production
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Plastic Woven Sack Industries
• The candidate from anywhere in India can apply who are willing to relocate to Kanpur
• The candidate must have excellent communication skill.
