Test Lead - Hyderabad / Secunderabad @ Whishworks

Roles Responsibilities

• Prepare Test strategy and Test plans working with clients/architects and other stakeholders
• Overall responsibility of testing deliverables
• Perform Test Execution and share daily testing execution and test completion reports
• Create and maintain Automation Test Scripts using tools like ReadyAPI, Rest Assured, Postman, Selenium and Appium etc.
• Defect Analysis, Reporting and ensure defect closures
• Handling changes and Create regression test suites, Configuring Test Environment and frameworks
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum and interact with project team regarding Testing Scope, Risks, challenges.
• Setting up test management tools (JIRA / Bugzilla etc) and managing project execution including reporting to stakeholders

Experience

• 6 - 10 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing experience as this person would be the anchor and needs to provide guidance as well
• String experience with API, UI and web applications testing
• Strong experience in managing multiple manual and automation test projects
• Strong experience in working on Selenium, Appium, ReadyAPI, Rest Assured, Postman and Other Functional Tools
• Proven experience developing Automation Suites/ Frameworks BDD/TDD using Cucumber, Hybrid, and TestNG etc... from scratch
• Hands on experience working on Sql Server, Teradata Oracle
• Strong experience in JSON to read the Request/Response JSON data from the server
• Must have experienced in System, SIT, Regression, GUI testing.
• Experience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD tools like Jenkins for CT
• Experience working on Maven, Gradle and GIT HUB is must
• Expertise in bug reporting, tracking issues on different bug tracking tools like HP-ALM (QC) and Jira etc.
• Experience working with test tools, processes, approaches and techniques
• Must have proven experience in developing automation test scripts with Object Oriented programming
• Expertise in building or able to create reusable components
• Experience with Offshore - Onshore model
• Client facing with strong written and verbal communication
• Strong Analytical, Creative, Written/Verbal communication and problem-solving skills with Client and Senior Management team
• Experienced in Agile Projects/Scrum Projects and Delivering Quality Products.
