Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Engage withdelinquent customers for collections of legitimate dues
  • Manage variouschannels / partners used for debt servicing
  • Ensurecompliance of the laid down processes by the regulators and the bank for debtservicing
  • Provide timelyfeedback to superiors on the market dynamics and scenarios to enable businessdecisions

Deliverables:

  • Collection anddebt servicing of delinquent customers for various banking products
  • Ensurecollection of payments from the clients on time
  • Ensure positivecustomer service experience in the process of collections and ensure highstandards of customer service

Product/Customer Handled:

  • Auto/Mortgage/Ruralclients

Skills and Competencies:

  • FunctionalKnowledge in the areas of banking products, policies, processes and procedures.
  • Communication/Interpersonal skills/Negotiation/Persuasive skills
  • Analyticalability

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate with 8-10 years relevant work experience.
