Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Thermal design of heat exchangers: Shell and Tube Exchangers, Multitubes, Air Coolers and reboilers.
Possess an in-depth knowledge of international codes ASME / API / TEMA etc.,
Design of heat transfer equipments using HTRI software.
Prepare/ review PFDs, P&IDs, Process Datasheets, Thermal Data Sheet and Purchase Requisitions.
Knowledge on Hydraulic study and sizing calculation.
Support Proposal / Project teams in Pre-Award and Post award technical co-ordination with client and sub-vendors.
Post order evaluation of sub-vendor drawings, datasheets.
Internal interfacing between departments like Mechanical, instrumentation, Project for further detailed engineering.
Knowledge on thermal design Fired Heaters / Reformers and its Auxiliary equipments would be added advantages

Required Candidate profile

Required Skills/Abilities:

Experience in using HTRI software.
Proficiency with computers in MS Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
