Job Description / Responsibilities

• Manage of AMs and Managers.
  Manage all facets of professional billing revenue cycle processes; Accounts Receivable / AR Follow ups, Charge Posting, Payment Posting.
  Planning and managing the operations of the unit, and assure its success as a profit centre.
  Developing the team to efficiently execute business operations and cater to projected growth.
  Training the team and developing operating processes & systems, to deliver outstanding customer services.
  Analyzing the workflow to improve process quality and enhance productivity.
  Contribute to the team, processes and quality standards.
  Developing the organizations policies to motivate & retain the manpower, manage the funds flow and for general administration.

Desired profile of the candidate

• Should have excellent understanding of US Medical Billing Processes.
  Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  Candidate should have handsome experience in managing the large teams.
  Should be an excellent team player.
  Good interpersonal and team handling skills.
