Key Skills :

Good Verbal/Written Communication Skills
Proficient in English

Knowledge of Basics of networking (LAN,WAN, IP Address, Routers, switches,

Troubleshooting)
Persuasive and a good negotiator
Strong soft skills

Responsibilities and Duties:
Troubleshooting of network related issues
Provide technical Support to International clients

Required Experience and Qualifications:
Any Graduate/ Undergraduate
Age should be between 18 to 35 years
Willing to work in night shifts

Experience: 1-2 Years in international voice process
