Job Profile

• Recruitment and management of Agents / POSPs.
• Sales Planning and target setting for the Agent / POSP Sales Team.
• Formulating sales strategies for different insurance products and achieving targets.
• Training, motivating and developing of Agents / POSPs.
• Provide regular updates to the immediate superior when required
• Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products(Life Insurance, Health Insurance & Motor Insurance) based on appointments in the course of daily activities.

Required Candidate profile

• 1 to 5 Yrs experience in Insurance (Agency Sales)
• Candidate should be from General Insurance and Life Insurance or agency sales/development background.
• Should have good communication & presentation skills.
• Should be a self-starter, proactive.
• Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.
• Must have own conveyance.
• Only Experience Candidate can apply
