We are hiring for Sales Co-coordinator
Job Description
1. Coordinate sales team by managing deliveries and communicating relevant information
2. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
3. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in excel format and present reports
4. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
5. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
6. Follow up with customer for O/S, Payments, C Form, KYC, etc
Qualification & Skill sets
- Graduate in any Discipline
- 1 to 3 years experience in sales coordination (Customer Relations)
- Good communication skills and command over Spoken & Written English (Convent Educated)
- Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook & SAP B1 (ERP Knowhow added advantage)
- Draft emails & coordinate with various parties independently
