Urgently hiring in Top Leading Bank for the post of Branch Operations Executive

Branch Operations Officer - BDR is an integral part of the bank's front line sales force. BDR is primarily responsible for acquiring new customers for the bank & persue new business opportunities.

Handling a job in banking requires a high level of responsibility and demands certain personality qualities in a person. Employers are increasingly seeking candidates who have particular skills and qualities to ensure that they have made a worthy investment. These are some of the essential expertise and attributes you would need to succeed in banking.

Job Description :-

To attend the walk-in customer in branch.
Resolve there queries regarding credit card or loan.
Identify opportunities and generate sales opportunities through database deals and by existing customer of bank.
Follow and adhere to the strict KYC norms set for the team.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

Skills Required :-

Should have good communication skills and analytical skills
Must have knowledge on front line sales and KYC resource
Must possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Should be hard working.

Salary :-18,000/- to 25,000/- plus incentives

Locations:- New Delhi,Gurgaon,Noida and all U.P/Haryana/U.K.
