We are hiring an In-House Business Development Professional (Females ONLY 2 positions) for our service selling and HR consulting segment.
The ideal candidate is a pitch-to-closing expert, who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales (service selling) efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Should be able to develop good sales pitch and presentations
Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
Keep prospective client database updated
At times, make cold calls for new business leads
Lead new business proposal writing
Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Sales or account management experience / service selling
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
