Job Description

Handling In and Out Bound calls
Responding to queries of Customers and give timely support when requested.
Closely interact and coordinate with sales team in following up leads.
Initiating calls to generate leads and followup on inquiries.
Fixing the appointments as per the convenience of the customer.
Maintain Documentation and Reports
Following up the customer from time to time and fixing more visits as and when required.
Preparing Report on visits and call tracks on daily basis, and send Daily report to Reporting Official.
