- Ability to understand new tools/technology and be the SME for roll out of new technology
- Ability to review and analyse data to drive actions on business problems
- Ability to work on projects for problems identified to drive improvements
- Ability to innovate and find better ways of doing work
- Understand complex issues and be able to work with peers in a team setting to solve issues
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Comprehensive customer experience skills
- Strong analytical skills along with Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau & Visio skills
- Proven presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize work in a metric driven environment

- Ability to lead and follow
