Job Description

Key Requirements:

The will be expected to:

• Proven experience in building robust, scalable, high-quality test automation solutions for functional, regression, and performance testing
• Experience in all aspects of test engineering and ability to drive the software development process towards quality-centric methodologies
• Prior experience in being involved in requirements/design discussions
• Ability to setup QA infrastructure using Jenkins or Scripts
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining test architectures, methodologies, tools, and test plans
• Ability to deep dive, debug and optimize the code
• Prior experience in writing clear and detailed bug reports
• Ability to identify risks and mitigate them
• Experience acting as a customer advocate, identifying ways in which end-users may use the platform, and help create the best user experience
• Exposure to microservices architecture
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Taiko, Cucumber etc and frameworks such as RestAssured.
• Familiarity with programming skills - Java, HTML, CSS, Angular, Node will be an advantage

• Ability to understand C3M s ticket system and gain context about the support tickets
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
