Job Description
o Management of the manpower working in respective shift
o Approval of the Planned Events related to Infra
o Help the O&M team in monitoring the Performance of the Technicians, Supervisors, Estate Officers and SMEs.
o Ensuring the timely MIS reports to all concerns.
o Ensuring site wise Mapping of the technicians/Vendors.
Working towards providing best in class uptime to the customer
o Ensuring Overall performance of the Infra network
o Ensuring the availability of TOC infrastructure
o Ensuring availability of all sites visible in TOC/local monitoring terminals
o Auditing of the alarm termination for sample sites with the help of Technicians on ground
o Ensuring the database availability of Complete Technician/Vendors/Supervisors
o Tracking of the changes of infra equipment i.e. Configuration etc.
o Governance for OMEs/SMEs and OpCos
Hygiene Maintenance of the Sites
o Alarm correction and compliance improvement
o Sleeping Sites improvement
o Preventive Maintenance validation
o Closure of TTs from OMEs and SMEs
Minimum Graduate
Understanding of the Infra Equipment's and issues
