Job Description:
- Leading successful new business onboarding implementations, communication campaigns, meeting timelines and budget requirements
- Coordinating and prioritizing project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans and communicates status to Business Owners, Senior Management and Customers as needed
- Sufficient experience in managing entire process operations to accomplish corporate plans & goals successfully
- Process Transition, US Healthcare Insurance (Provider/Hospital Side).
- Account Receivable, claim processing, revenue cycle management.
- Dashboard reporting activities, MIS etc. Excellent Data management skills.
- Complete knowledge in RCM Process.
- Strong insight towards data analysis and application of data for identifying projects and increasing the overall performance of the process and process development.
- Responsibilities:
- Good knowledge and experience in Process Transition.
- Monitoring and reporting team performance as needed
- Keep the Standard Operating Procedures updated and establish due control mechanisms
- Work with quality and business transformation team to identify, recommend and implement process improvement projects
- Documenting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) instructions for all ongoing business and transitioning the project to the Operations team .
- Teamwork: Work closely with Transition and Operations Team to ensure appropriate follow-up of identifying customer needs and follow-up activities.
- Responsibility for detecting potential issues and implementing solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operations
Preferred Candidate:
- Experienced Revenue Cycle Operations candidates with experience in transitions(Medical Billing US) 8-10 years of experience.
- Excellent knowledge in RCM process( Ar process)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong initiative to produce improvement initiatives both internally and with customers
- Excellent communication and customer management skills in order to maintain positive customer relations.
- Candidates who are currently residing in Chennai only apply.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Must have transition team handling experience.
