Position :- Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager - Operations
Location :- Patli, Manesar, GurgaonJob Responsibilities:

• Daily Warehousing Operations, Inward, Outward, Inventory and Returns.
• Responsible to monitor and achievement of Clients Agreed SLA.
• Define track and improve on key metrics like breach, MIS shipments etc.
• Planning of Manpower as per volume for 24 hours operations.
• Responsible to ensure the achievement of daily operations targets in Inward, Outward and Returns.
• Responsible to minimize the defects in operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the FC in close coordination within the core WH management.
• Work closely with Clients team for daily tasks and routine improvement.
• Drive on-the-ground implementation of any new technology/System/Processes for the operations.
• Develop, mentor, and motivate the team in the FC to achieve higher goals.
• Regular Kaizen, other improvements on monthly basis.
• Maintain 5 S and the LEAN system of the company.

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills
• Well versed with MS Excel, WMS.
• Analytical Skills.

Criteria

• Have 3 to 7 Years of experience in B2B & B2C Operations.
• Exp. in Automobile Industry and Ecommerce Industry will get preference
• Ready to adapt any new challenges and process in the system
• Flexible in Rotational Shifts.

Qualification

• B Tech or MBA in Supply Chain Management
