Job Description
Immediate need for Loan Servicing - Analyst & Senior Analyst- Secondary Markets for one our clients Fastest growing Fintech companies in the world.
Yrs of exp: 1+yr
Positions Open: Analyst & Sr. Analyst.
Shifts: Night Shifts (US Shifts)
Location: Gurgaon
Position: Permanent
Desired skills:
- Bachelors degree (Economics, Finance, or other quantitative focus preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office OR SQL.
- Preferably: Candidates from US Mortgage background preferably from a Closing or Servicing domain.
- Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels, both internally and externally
- Critical Thinker with strong aptitude and reasoning problem solver.
- Availability for later hours and rotating schedule as needed by the business.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel OR SQL.
Responsibilities:
- Provide resolution & review of conditions; analyze documents, escalations to senior underwriter after proper analysis.
- Communicate with Clients, Relationship Manager & Client Relationship Manager regarding loan requirements & status of the mortgage.
- Work exp with Closing Team: Pre-funding review, funding approval and loan delivery to the specific investors.
- As an Analyst my job is to cross verify the documents and also to come up with default earliest.
- Verifying and uploading information to the application.
- Double-check every document thoroughly.
- Establish good working relationships with all customers and representatives in assigned area.
- After reviewing the docs we validate the loan amount, taxes, escrow and closing disclosure.
- The agent loan file will submit to the underwriting progress along with initial closing disclosure.
- Experience in doing Disclosure review like Loan Amount verification, Loan to Value Ratio Calculation, Debt. To Income ratio Calculation, etc.
