We are on the lookout for ServiceNow professionals with the following background & expertise.
Job Title : ServiceNow Lead/Architect
Experience : 10 years-15 years
Education : BE/B.Tech/MCA.
Location : Bangalore
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, configuring, testing, deploying and supporting solutions for the ServiceNow platform.
- Working on multiple projects in parallel and managing distinct priorities and focus areas. Communicating with clients, analyzing business needs, using problem-solving skills and developing solutions from scratch.
- Working with business users to understand requirements and translate them to technical specifications.
- Performing root cause analysis and remediation for integration, system, reporting, and data issues.
- Creating technical documentation, including design, security and accreditation documentation.
- Communicating and collaborating with the project delivery team in all aspects of project execution and delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with multiple product certifications
- 10 years of client-facing experience supporting business transformation through technology
- Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, Angular JS, Web Services, etc.) and developing with JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform
- Experience in one or more of the following a plus: Orchestration, integrations, custom application development.
- Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
- Experience of implementation of best practices where ITSM tools technologies are applicable
- Deep knowledge of ITSM Framework and ITIL
- Experience coding with AngularJS, JavaScript, SOAP, REST API, mobile development, Ajax, Jelly, Glide, and jQuery
- Experience with integration of ServiceNow with external systems using Web-Based API (Experience with the following is preferred: Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Sage, etc.)
- ServiceNow Certifications ITSM / CSM Certified Implementation Specialist, Developer.
- Good written and oral communication/interpersonal skills, and a highly communicative style
- Experience in professional communications with client executives at all levels
- Experience with following the Agile project management methodology able to lead scrum meetings if required.
- Prepare CAB Agenda and review all Changes for proper artifacts, planned dates and documentation
- Monitor dashboards to ensure Changes are closed in a timely manner ensuring Post Implementation Review is conducted and supporting artifacts are included
- Preparation of Service Quality Review materials and deck
- Incident Management including follow-up with resolver areas regarding aging incidents and established KPIs
- Experience in prioritizing a complex and diverse group of projects while balancing project deliverables
- Good time management towards meeting project deadlines alone or in collaboration with team members
- High attention to detail in both communications and preparation/review of customer deliverables.
