Job Description

3-8 years experience with related tools Sonarqube, LucidChart, Mulesoft
Experience in Configure and Administer Sonarqube, LucidChart, Mulesoft Instances
Maintain Life Cycle management of Sonarqube, LucidChart, Mulesoft Instances
Monitor and maintain Performance of toolsets
Support end users
Install and Support Evaluation of new Plugins
Build and Maintain Integrations
Migrate data between instances
Migrate toolset Instances to consolidate Satellite instances to Corporate Instance
Develop Queries using CQL and SQL
Develop and maintain Templates and Blueprints
Support Business Process Automations
Develop processes and improvements around toolsets and Archival process
Implement Atlassian Tools upgrades, and partner with other IT staff to coordinate infrastructure maintenance and system migrations
Develop guides and documentation for toolset features and best practices
Communicate with user community about the upgrades, outages, releases etc.
Experience in generating reports using Microsoft SSRS
Must have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Willing to work in rotational UK/US shift hours
Educational qualification B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA
