What you will do:
- Applies mastery of application design and development concepts, practices and risk-management to the architecture of enterprise/consumer facing systems.
- Will create system and platform-level architectures and/or develop new concepts.
- Technical leader for multiple design teams.
- Drives high quality technical design and development within the design team.
- Will be responsible for working with upstream teams to determine user needs and translate them into appropriate technical requirements. Will be a design or quality system process owner.
- Design and own architecture of all assigned initiatives and translate the same to stakeholders and team members.
- Identify implement practical solutions to technical issues at the platform level.
- Manage all facets of product development ? identifying and understanding system requirements, designing architecture, managing day-to-day development activities of team members, collaborating with testing and deployment team, rolling out all planned releases as per milestones and updating stakeholders and business partners regularly.
- Provide input to project management on scheduling, milestone achievement, and project challenges
- Use relationships throughout the business unit to propose and advance platform roadmaps spanning multiple generations.
- Works with technical and business leaders in other business units to share technology and plan roadmaps.
- Guide several engineers on their day-to-day assignments.
- Perform manual and automated code reviews for complex Web and Mobile applications to identify development, testing and security flaws.
- Provide technical training and education to developers, management, technical staff and users
- Support security features and design considerations
- Interface with internal and external customers to articulate business needs and transform them into application requirements.
What you need:
- 12+ years hands-on experience implementing and deploying end-to end full-stack applications on cloud (Microsoft Azure) platforms.
- Having a strong education background in B.Tech/B.E/M.C.A/M.Tech/MS. - Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication
- Hands-on knowledge of native/cross platform mobile development using modern libraries and frameworks such as React-Native/Ionic/Native iOS/Android.
- Hands-on knowledge of cross-platform frontend frameworks such as React, Angular.
- Practical experience in developing and deploying cloud applications using IaaS, PaaS and SaaS offerings.
- Practical experience in developing server backend solutions on Microsoft platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of setting cloud-based application infrastructure, development platforms and CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on knowledge of integrating EHR with existing Stryker applications and systems using HL7, FHIR specifications ensuring data privacy and security in compliance with local laws.
- Practical experience in understanding and implementing System security and Information security for PHI/PII data
- Experience in leading and mentoring 5-10 team members on day-to-day assignments.
- Practical experience in quick prototyping using in-house development /collaborating with vendor partners
- Practical experience in leading and managing internal resources/vendor partners for all SDLC phases.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies using popular tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Adept at one or more programming languages and scripting such as React, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Swift etc.
- Clear understanding of change management processes in regulated industries.
- Security specialization certifications from vendors such as Microsoft
Understanding of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning concepts. - Enthusiasm to explore new technology stacks and share findings with larger audience.
- Published white papers/ blogs on upcoming trends.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
