Roles and Responsibilities
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Close business (targets and relevant technologies will be discussed at the finalization stage as this is confidential):
1. Develop the nascent market for Workspace Intelligence, through a consultative approach
2. Lead-generation through prospecting via social/ phone/ email (through a highly vetted property database)
3. Ability to explain the company history and background well. Explain the OEM partnerships and methods of work (non technical explanations)
4. Be well erased to do virtual demos and webinars
5. Liaison with decision makers at a global level
6. Develop a growing sales pipeline and close business on a monthly basis (a 30 day seeding and marketing window will be given)
7. Very little travel for meetings
8. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will be charismatic, well spoken and a prior background in technology / Audio-video/enterprise software sales (atleast 3 years), with a proven track record of doing software sales. The ideal candidate will have qualities of relentlessness, positivity and ability to win business from CTO's/CIO's/ IT Heads and Facility heads. He/she should be able to strive under pressure, and be able to interface with decision makers across the Globe, and with our global partners as well.
Requirements
Should be from a technical background BE/B.tech(Electronics/ IT /CS preferred). Background in sales & client relationship, analysis and good exposure talking to VP/C-Level enterprise clients.

+ excellent in written and spoken English
+ flawless communication and presentation
+ quick at grasping AV and Technology Fundamentals (adequate training will be given first 3 weeks)
+ good at finding information about companies, products on the internet
+ very organised in terms of emails, clarity of thought, well versed with Zoom, Tems, Skype etc
+ preferred from a good communication background.
