Job Description
Position :- Service Manager / Asst Mgr Services - Delhi / Hyderabad
Job profile :-
Total Exp :- 5/10 yrs
Relevant Exp should be atleast 5 yrs in team handling & in electronic security products.
Industry :- Electronic Security products like CCTV , FAS, PA SYSTEM, Access Control, Biometric etc
Kindly note ONLY relevant candidates should apply.
CTC :- 35/ 40K
1. He should be technically sound to attend and install the IP /PTZ cameras, addressable fire alarm, Vesda, gas suppression, etc
2. Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
3. Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
4. If location engineer facing any issue, he should be able to solve the issue.
5. Prefer to travel all locations at any time.
6. If any challenges our team are facing while installation, he need to speak with the customer/region sort out the issue, if required he need to make a personal visit to the customer place/site for completing the job.
7. He should attend the critical calls/ Assist to complete major installations.
Below are the activities and responsibilities of Services, and CSM should get these done from his team.
- He needs to allot the calls to the service engineer /follow up getting the reports .
- If any demands to be required for the call attended by the engineer arrange to raise demand and get it approved / track the demand collect back the defective from engineers.
- He should have all PM details , arrange to depute our engineers get the PM from the engineers in time and forward the same to the respective region , if the PM comes our own region he need to arrange for invoice.
- Updating the AMC register.
- Follow up for the AMC renewal.
- He need to interact with our service team ,drive the team for the project completion, getting IR, updating the IR to the concern region.
